Contact us
Email: [email protected]
That is the fastest way to reach us, and it is the right address for everything: setup problems, notifications that did not arrive, billing and invoices, cancelling, feature requests, security reports, and privacy or data requests.
No account, signup, or support portal is needed to contact us. Just send an email.
We reply to every request within two business days, and usually much sooner. We are based in the United Kingdom, so our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time.
To help us fix things on the first reply, it is useful (but never required) to include:
- Your workspace name
- Which event source is involved: Stripe, Shopify, or Maxio (Chargify)
- Where notifications should be arriving: Slack, Telegram, or Microsoft Teams
- Roughly when the problem happened, and what you expected to see instead
Check the docs first, if you prefer
Plenty of questions have a written answer already:
- FAQ covers what Notipus notifies you about, how the pricing works, and what data we handle
- Guides walk through connecting each payment provider step by step
- Integrations explain what each source and destination supports
Other ways to reach us
These are optional extras. Both need a GitHub account, so email remains the primary channel if you would rather not sign up for anything.
- Report a bug or request a feature on GitHub
- Browse the source — Notipus is open source, and self-hosting notes are in the README
Security and privacy
To report a security vulnerability, email [email protected] and we will acknowledge it within two business days. Please do not open a public GitHub issue for security problems.
For data access, correction, or deletion requests, email the same address. Our privacy policy explains what we store, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
